Accumeasure Capacitance Sensors

The Accumeasure HD, a two-channel capacitance-based displacement measurement instrument, is designed to deliver picometer scale measurements for conductive targets. Its high resolution is made possible through external preamplifiers that effectively eliminate parasitic capacitance effects. The D200HD model, in particular, offers resolutions as low as 20pm with a 10um range probe and features digital communication interface options via Ethernet or USB. It also boasts programmable bandwidth and range extensions for added flexibility.

On the other hand, the Accumeasure Digital Capacitance System D Series Gen 3 is a high-performing digital capacitance measurement system, providing measurements with a considerable range of up to 2mm. This system stands out with its digital output data rate of 20k SPS and support for various digital filters and range extensions. Its command-response interface, micro USB, and RJ-45 Ethernet options make connectivity easy.

Fiber Optic Systems
